ViaBox Support

An OBU is required in order to drive through Poland. The unit will be linked to your Multi Service Tolls card and can be ordered through MyTolls.

You have a two options:

1. Post-Pay

Registration for the ViaBox is free. However, a deposit (€29) is required in order to receive the OBU. We can finalize your order after receiving all the original and signed documents: A legible photocopy of a valid piece of identification of the person who is authorized to sign for the company (copy) License plate (copy) Chamber of Commerce (copy) Order form (original) Vehicle list(original) Make sure to send all documents to Multi Service Tolls: Address: Multi Service Tolls Lange Kleiweg 28 2288 GK Rijswijk The Netherlands

2. Pre-Pay

To use a pre-pay OBU, you need to visit a distribution or contact point. Show your Multi Service Tolls card and a copy of the license plate to obtain your pre-pay OBU.  

We advise that you opt for the post-paid version.

Note: For every ViaBox, one Multi Service Tolls card is needed.

ViaBox OBU/account blocking procedure:

If the vehicle registration is no longer needed or the ViaBox is lost or stolen, you need to report this to have the registration be removed from the ViaToll contract.

Note:
If the ViaBox hasn’t been picked up please go to point 1.
If the ViaBox has been picked up but ist is lost or stolen, please go to point 2.

  1. No OBU ID – ViaBox not picked up.

If the ViaBox hasn’t been picked up it appears in MyTolls as an active product. It can then be closed with an email. The email should be addressed to your specified Fleetserviceteam.
The following information has to be included in the email:

  • OBU Account ID. PL7083800XXXXXXXXX-1234567 (Only the bold digits. The OBU Account ID can be found in MyTolls)
  • License plate
  • Customer name + customer number
  • Reason of blocking.

If the OBU Account has been blocked by the supplier, the next day the ViaBox OBU will appear in MyTolls as Terminated.

  1. With OBU ID (ViaBox picked up)

The account has to be blocked which is requested via the ViaToll form. The (original) completed document is to be returned to Multi Service Tolls by post.
The document which needs to be completed can be found below.

If the OBU has been blocked by the supplier, the next day the ViaBox will appear in MyTolls as Terminated. There will be no refund of deposit.
